Do you sell to remodeling contractors?
YES! With next-day delivery service on stock items and quick turn around on quotes.

Is product installation available?
We offer installation services. We have supply and install programs available for all of our
interior millwork products, from prehungs and mouldings to interior stair and railing parts. We also install exterior vinyl
railing systems.

What is UEZ sale?
Material purchased from our Phillipsburg, NJ location may qualify for 3 1/2% NJ sales tax if specific requirements are met.
A UEZ sale is one made in a state designated "Urban Enterprise Zone". The UEZ program is designed to encourage sales
in specific urban enterprise areas of New Jersey.

What are UEZ requirements?
Pick-ups: All materials picked up at our phillipsburg, NJ location qualify for the reduced sales tax.
N.J. Deliveries: Prior to delivery the customer (or customer's representatives) must come to our Phillipsburg location to
place or acknowledge an order. A signature is required in the UEZ logbook.

I am not a professional contractor, but I want to buy where professional contractors buy. Can I?
Warren Lumber & Millwork is dedicated to selling only to the professional builders, but we will refer leads to qualified
professional contractors.

How do I open an account with Warren Lumber & Millwork?

bank information, and sign where indicated. Fully completed applications take 3 - 5 days to process.
